You have the option to schedule an appointment to reserve a time with a benefits counselor or call in to the Questco Benefits Enrollment Center during open hours without an appointment.

To Schedule an appointment-

1. 1. Click the Book Now button below to access our online scheduler and book your appointment. Please make sure your appointment is scheduled before the end of your eligibility period.
   2. A Benefits Counselor will call you at your appointment time.
   3. If you are at a computer during your enrollment call, you will have the option to view the Benefits Counselor’s screen during your enrollment.

To Call without an appointment-

1. 1. Call (832) 280-4761 during Enrollment Center hours, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm CST
   2. If you are at a computer during your enrollment call, you will have the option to view the Benefits Counselor’s screen during your enrollment.

1. 1.   CLICK HERE to enroll online.

-If you do not have a Username or Password, please click “Register” and follow the prompts to register for a Username and Password.

-If you forgot your Username or Password, please use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” prompts to reset your password.

-Please ensure your pop-up blocker has been disabled before continuing to the enrollment portal.

1. 2. Click on My Benefits then Benefits Enrollment.
   3. Continue through the prompts until you have submitted your elections.
